helpful staff breakfast choice excellent location sound insulation early noise impacted sleep

the staff were friendly i found them helpful. the breakfast had a good choice of food. the location was excellent near major tourist sites.

the sound insulation was non existent i could hear conversations outside the room.

The staff was friendly, and they were ready to assist with all requests. Breakfast offered several choices. The room had a walk-in shower, which I found convenient.

The sound insulation was not good. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

central location friendly staff helpful staff

The location is fantastic! It is close to the St Stephen's Cathedral. Staff members are friendly and helpful. They opened breakfast early for me when I needed to catch a train. They also printed train tickets for me.

The sound insulation could be improved.

adequately located, but with issues

poor sound insulation disruptive cleaning

the location was quite central, a definite plus..

The cleaning was quite disruptive early each morning. Staff seemed to bang buckets and slam the vacuum, starting around 8 am. It felt intentional and made it hard to sleep in, even on the weekend. furthermore, the sound insulation was poor. I could hear conversations and doors closing outside my room.

humidity odor small bed

The room had a distinct odor of humidity. additionally, drafts seemed to emanate from the toilet area. i found the bed surprisingly small. the shower design was flawed. Water consistently escaped, flooding the bathroom floor.
